Common questions
Is there a free plan? Do I need a card?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no card is needed to sign up. Upgrade only when Advenro is earning its place.
How do I cancel?
Settings > Plan & billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep the plan until then.
What are credits used for?
Only for generating images, video and voice. Text AI, analytics, Ads Center, CRM and MCP are free. Unused plan credits roll over up to twice the monthly amount.
How can I pay? Do I get an invoice?
In Turkey with iyzico in lira, elsewhere with Stripe in dollars. Invoices are issued from the billing details you enter at checkout.
Can Advenro break my ad account?
Changes happen only when you approve them, one budget step is at most 20%, and every change is logged and can be undone.
Do I need a cookie banner for site analytics?
Not for Advenro's code: it uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses. You still mention it in your privacy notice; we provide a template.
Which AI assistants work with Advenro?
Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code (Copilot), Gemini CLI, Windsurf and Codex, through MCP. Setup takes about a minute.
Where is my data and can I delete it?
Your data is yours. Ask for a copy or deletion with the Privacy topic here; we handle it within 30 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
