You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad; to ask for correction if it is incomplete or wrong; to ask for erasure or destruction under the conditions in KVKK Article 7; to ask that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You can send requests about your rights in writing, with information that identifies you, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: to [doldurulacak], by registered e-mail (KEP) to [doldurulacak], or from the e-mail address registered in our system to privacy@advenro.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. An erasure request does not remove, before the relevant period ends, data that must be kept to establish, exercise or defend a right, for tax and accounting, or for logs within Law No. 5651. If the action requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged.
