This agreement applies only to individuals buying as a consumer (for purposes outside trade or profession). It is accepted separately on the checkout screen and a copy is sent by e-mail. It is required by Turkish consumer law; consumers elsewhere also keep the rights their local law gives them.

Part A — Pre-Contract Information

2. Main characteristics of the service: The Advenro online software service; the features and usage limits of the plan chosen at purchase (e.g. Pro, Team) as stated on the Pricing page.

3. Total price: The total amount including taxes and the currency shown on the checkout screen. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price then current.

4. Payment: In advance by credit or debit card; payment institution iyzico (payments from Turkey) or Stripe.

5. Performance: If you give the express consent in paragraph 6 below, the service is made available electronically in your account right after the payment is confirmed. Without that consent, the service starts when the 14-day withdrawal period ends. That the service was made available free of defects is proved by the account-activation record and by session and feature-availability logs (Article 15/3 of the Distance Contracts Regulation).

6. Right of withdrawal: As a rule you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. The right ends in the following cases only when you also tick the relevant consent box:

  • A continuing service (a subscription): under Article 15/1-(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, where performance has started before the end of the withdrawal period with your express consent and you knew you would lose the right of withdrawal.
  • A digital performance delivered at once (such as a credit pack added to the account immediately): under Article 15/1-(ğ), for a performance supplied instantly in electronic form and fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with your express consent.

Ticking the relevant box on the checkout screen means you consent to immediate performance and know that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal. If you do not tick it, the service starts after 14 days and the right of withdrawal continues during that time. Using the service without ticking the box does not, by itself, end the right of withdrawal.

7. Notice of withdrawal: Where you have a right of withdrawal, you can give a clear statement within the period to support@advenro.com or to [doldurulacak]. The price is refunded to your payment method within 14 days of receipt of the notice.

8. Complaints and disputes: Send complaints to support@advenro.com. Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction was made; above those limits, to the Consumer Courts.

Part B — Distance Service Agreement

Article 1 — Parties: The service provider (Part A/1) and the Consumer whose details are taken at purchase.

Article 2 — Subject: The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the subscription service the Consumer buys electronically. The Terms of Use and the Subscription, Payment and Refund Terms are annexes to this agreement; in case of conflict the provision more favourable to the consumer applies.

Article 3 — Service, price and payment: As set out in Part A/2–4.

Article 4 — Performance: As set out in Part A/5.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal: As set out in Part A/6–7.

Article 6 — Automatic renewal and termination: The Consumer may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. Price changes are announced at least 30 days before renewal.

Article 7 — Personal data: Processed as described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice.

Article 8 — Disputes: As set out in Part A/8.

Article 9 — Entry into force: This agreement enters into force when the Consumer accepts it electronically on the checkout screen and the payment is completed. The text and the acceptance record are kept for at least 3 years.
