1. License
1.1. [doldurulacak] grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and free license to use the Advenro desktop app (the "App") for as long as the Terms of Use apply.
1.2. The App is a client for the Advenro web service; use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Use and the other related Documents.
2. Restrictions
You may not rent, sell or distribute the App; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it (except where the law allows); disable its security, update or license mechanisms; or distribute modified versions.
3. Updates
The App may download and install updates automatically to keep it secure and compatible. Updates are also covered by this License. We have no obligation to support old versions.
4. Local permissions
The App may ask the operating system for permission to show notifications, appear in the menu bar or system tray, register keyboard shortcuts, open turion:// links and, if you want, start when your computer starts. You can remove these permissions in your operating system settings at any time.
5. Data
The App collects no personal data beyond what the web service processes. Crash reports are sent only if you allow it and are prepared so they contain no personal data. Session details are kept on your device in the operating system's secure storage.
6. Third-party components
The App contains open-source components, which are subject to their own licenses; the list is under "About" in the App.
7. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". The warranty disclaimer and limitations of liability are as set out in the Terms of Use.
8. Termination
The license ends automatically when the Terms of Use end or if you breach this License; you must then delete the App.
9. Export
You may not use or transfer the App in breach of applicable export control and sanctions laws.
