1. Scope

These Terms cover connecting ad accounts, reporting, creating campaigns, budget and status changes, audience pools and sync, conversion API submissions and autopilot features ("Ads Features"). They are an annex to the Terms of Service.

2. Account ownership and spend

2.1. The ad accounts you connect belong to you or to a business you are authorised to act for. By connecting an account, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of its owner.

2.2. All ad spend is charged by the ad platform (Meta, Google, etc.) directly to your payment method. Advenro does not collect ad budgets, does not act as an intermediary and is not responsible for spend.

2.3. Setting and monitoring budget caps, account spending limits and payment methods on the ad platform is your responsibility. We strongly recommend setting an account spending limit on the ad platform.

3. Platform rules

3.1. Complying with Meta's Commercial Terms, Meta Advertising Standards, Google Ads Policies, the Customer Match policy and the other rules of the relevant platforms is your responsibility.

3.2. We are not responsible for rejection of your ads, restriction or closure of your accounts, changes to platform APIs, reporting delays or data discrepancies. Figures in reports are based on data received from the platforms; the ad platform's own records are authoritative.

4. Suggestion mode

4.1. By default, Ads Features only make suggestions. A suggestion (e.g. budget increase, pause, new creative, negative keyword) makes no change to your ad account unless you click "Apply".

4.2. New campaigns are created paused; putting them live is your decision.

4.3. A change made when you click "Apply" is deemed made on your instruction.

5. Autopilot

5.1. Autopilot is enabled per campaign or account, with a separate, explicit consent. When you enable it, you authorise Advenro to make the following changes on your behalf within the limits you set:

  • changing campaign or ad set budgets;
  • pausing or resuming ads, ad sets or campaigns;
  • updating and syncing segments in the audience pool.

5.2. Default safety limits: at most a 20% change to a budget in a single day; ad sets in the learning phase are not touched; total daily budget never exceeds the overall cap set when autopilot is enabled; no change is made without enough data. You may narrow the limits; widening them requires separate consent.

5.3. Autopilot does not create new campaigns, publish creatives, change targeting or raise the overall cap.

5.4. Every change is kept in the change log with its time, old and new values and reason, and you are notified. Most changes can be undone with one click.

5.5. You may turn autopilot off at any time; no changes are made after it is turned off.

5.6. Checking your accounts regularly (at least daily) and turning autopilot off if you notice something unexpected is your obligation.

6. Algorithms and results

6.1. Suggestions and automated decisions are based on statistical methods (e.g. Bayesian budget allocation, threshold rules, anomaly detection) and historical data. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6.2. No sales, conversion, ROAS, CPA, reach or revenue result is guaranteed. "Expected impact" shown in the interface is an estimate.

7. Measurement, conversion API and audiences

7.1. You are the controller of personal data sent to platforms through the conversion API, Enhanced Conversions, Custom Audiences and Customer Match; informing data subjects and obtaining the required explicit consents is your responsibility (see the Data Processing Agreement and the Visitor Notice Template).

7.2. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are sent to platforms only as SHA-256 hashes. Marking people who have not consented or have withdrawn consent so that their data is not transferred is your responsibility.

7.3. One customer's visitor data is never used for another customer's targeting.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. Our liability, including for damage caused by Ads Features, is subject to the limitations in the Terms of Service. Ad spend, lost sales, loss of profit and damage from restricted ad accounts are indirect damages and are not covered.

8.2. If autopilot exceeds the set safety limits due to a software error, our liability for the documented excess spend directly caused by exceeding the limit is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months. You must report an excess you notice within 7 days.

8.3. These limitations do not cover intent or gross negligence.

9. Disconnecting

You may remove the connection at any time from the Integrations page or directly on the ad platform. On removal, autopilot stops and access keys are deleted; historical reports are deleted after 90 days.
