1. Purpose

This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service, to keep Advenro safe, lawful and usable for everyone. You are responsible for compliance by your team members and anyone you give access to.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service for:

Unlawful activity

  • Any activity contrary to applicable law, court orders or third-party rights.
  • Promoting gambling, illegal betting, drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, money laundering, fraud or pyramid and Ponzi-like schemes.

Messaging

  • Sending commercial electronic messages without the recipient's consent, contrary to Law No. 6563 and the Message Management System (İYS) rules; bulk messaging to purchased, rented or scraped lists.
  • Failing to honour opt-out requests; hiding or spoofing the sender's identity.

Personal data

  • Collecting, processing, transferring or selling personal data without a legal basis.
  • Uploading special categories of personal data (health, religion, ethnic origin, sex life, political opinion, biometric data, etc.) without meeting the legal conditions, or targeting ads based on such data.
  • Using the visitor measurement tag (t.js) without the required notice and consent.

Advertising

  • Misleading, deceptive, covert or unfair commercial practices; false discounts, fake urgency or fake reviews.
  • Content or targeting that breaches the ad policies of Meta, Google or other platforms; "cloaking" or similar methods to evade policy review.
  • Discriminatory targeting in areas such as housing, employment or credit.

Security and systems

  • Testing, circumventing or disrupting the security of the Service, our infrastructure or other users (except security testing with written permission).
  • Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages or malicious links.
  • Exceeding rate limits, extracting data in bulk with automated tools, overloading the Service.
  • Abusing site scanning, company enrichment or similar features for sites you do not own or have no right to.
  • Accessing another person's account without permission; sharing, renting or selling an account, or reselling the Service.
  • Using the Service for a person on a United Nations, European Union, United States (OFAC) or Turkish sanctions list, or an export that breaches those lists.

Content and AI

  • Hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content.
  • Deepfakes impersonating real people without their consent; disinformation aimed at misleading elections or the public.
  • Generating content that infringes others' copyright, trademark or personality rights.
  • Presenting AI output to third parties as legal, medical or financial advice without human review.

Competition

  • Using the Service to build a competing product, publishing benchmark results without our permission, or copying our interface and content.

3. Reporting

If you notice a breach, report it to legal@advenro.com. Infringement reports must clearly state the reporter's identity, the right infringed and where the infringement is.

4. Measures

Depending on the severity of the breach, in our good-faith discretion and without notice where necessary, we may remove content, disable the relevant feature or integration, suspend or close the account, preserve evidence, notify the competent authorities and claim compensation for our damage. This discretion does not remove a right a consumer or a data subject has under statute. The prepaid fee for the period is not refunded on a business account closed for a breach. A consumer is refunded only where the law requires it.
